Terms for the prelaunch website

RankHigh.ai is being built as an independent benchmark of how AI services recommend products. During prelaunch the website explains the methodology and lists products for information only. No official benchmark results have been published yet. Product listings link to third-party websites that we do not own or endorse.

• Public accounts, sign-up and password reset.
• Product nominations, listing submissions and product claims.
• Online benchmark correction requests.
• Paid services or online payments of any kind.

Separate terms will be published before any of these open. Payments, advertising, nominations or other commercial relationships will never influence benchmark eligibility, scores or rank. See the editorial policy.

• Do not attack, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the website.
• Do not scrape the website excessively.
• Do not present prelaunch information as official benchmark results.

The website is provided “as is” during prelaunch and may change. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party products or for decisions made from prelaunch information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
