Fair terms for using RankHigh.ai

RankHigh.ai is a curated directory that helps people discover AI tools and online businesses. Listings link to independent third-party websites. We do not own, operate, endorse or guarantee those products unless a page clearly says otherwise.

• Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• Submit only content and product information you are authorised to use.
• Do not impersonate another person or falsely claim a product.
• Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, malicious or infringing material.
• Tell us promptly if a published listing becomes inaccurate.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive permission to display, format and use it only as needed to operate and promote the directory and your listing. Our review and removal standards are described in the editorial policy.

Paid promotion changes placement for a stated period and is visibly labelled Sponsored. It does not buy favourable editorial wording, organic ranking, traffic, sales, backlinks or search-engine results. Prices and the included service are shown before purchase.

Cancellations and service problems are handled under our refund policy.

• Do not attack, scrape excessively, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not manipulate clicks, leaderboard positions, reviews or promotion labels.
• Do not use the service to distribute malware, spam or misleading claims.
• Do not copy substantial parts of the directory to create a competing database.

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may correct, suspend or remove content and change features when reasonably necessary. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for third-party products, indirect losses, or decisions made from directory information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
