Editorial policy

How listings are reviewed and written

Every listing is checked by a person before it appears. Editorial decisions are made independently of who has paid for promotion.

Review standards

  • A working product website that matches the description.
  • A clear explanation of what the product actually does.
  • Accurate pricing model and platform information.
  • No misleading ownership, endorsement or partnership claims.
  • No duplicate listings for the same product.

Where information comes from

Listing information is either supplied by the founder or written from the product's own public website. Where nobody connected to the product has verified it, the profile is marked as unclaimed and we do not imply any relationship with RankHigh.ai.

Independence from advertising

  • Paying for promotion does not change editorial wording or organic position.
  • Declining to advertise never causes a listing to be removed or downgraded.
  • Editorial picks are labelled as such and are not for sale.
  • Advertising enquiries are handled separately from review decisions.

The details are set out in our advertising policy.

Rejection and removal

Submissions that do not meet the standards above are rejected with a reason sent to the person who submitted them. Reviewer notes are kept private. A published listing can be hidden if the product disappears, changes into something else, or is found to breach the guidelines.

Mistakes and testimonials

We correct errors rather than quietly editing history — see the corrections page. We publish no testimonial, quote or company name without the named person's recorded permission, and we never invent one.

This page is a first draft written for clarity and is pending legal review. If anything here is inaccurate or out of date, please submit a correction.
